Client Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I understand the nature of the services provided by Caged Bird HR and agree to the following:
  1. I acknowledge that Caged Bird HR provides independent HR consulting, guidance, and support, and does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm.
  1. I understand that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
    This includes Discovery Calls, Support Packages, Extended Support Packages, and any other consulting services purchased. Time is reserved and delivered based on my booking, and I understand that refunds will not be issued (except for accidental duplicate purchases) under any circumstance once a service is purchased.
  1. I agree that all services purchased are for consulting time and expertise, and that results are not guaranteed.
  1. I understand that my consultant will provide recommendations and guidance, but outcomes depend on my actions, employer responses, and circumstances outside Caged Bird HR’s control.
  1. I understand that missed appointments, lack of follow-through, or withholding information may impact my results and do not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
  1. I understand that attempting a chargeback for services that were delivered, offered, or made available to me may result in additional fees, collection activity, or termination of services.
  1. I agree to communicate any dissatisfaction directly to Caged Bird HR so the team can investigate, resolve concerns, or provide appropriate next steps.
  1. I acknowledge that I have received, read, and agree to the Caged Bird HR Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and I consent to the collection and use of my information as described in those policies.
  1. I agree that by booking, paying for, or participating in services, I am entering into a binding agreement with Caged Bird HR.
